• Once the advance payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• As these are personalized services, each booking is handled with dedicated time and effort. Hence, we strongly recommend reviewing service details and clarifying any queries before making the advance payment.

• We ensure multiple rounds of revisions until you are satisfied with the final output.
